Picnic by the Sea is a registered, licensed and insured business providing our customers with a 5 star service from start to finish.
Covid – 19
In this uncertain environment, we understand that you may appreciate some flexibility with your bookings. Therefore, if our services are restricted due to Covid – 19 government regulations and we can no longer service your booking then you will be able to:
1) Transfer your booking and all monies paid, to any date in the future.
Should you decide to CANCEL your booking or postpone to a date for which we are already booked, then the cancellation policy as outlined below will apply.
Booking
Picnic By The Sea requires a non-refundable deposit upfront to secure your booking. Final Payments and guest confirmation (where applicable) are due to be finalized four weeks prior to your event date.
Weather Conditions
Picnic by the Sea does not refund due to wet weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should weather conditions not permit your event from occurring then we will set up at an indoor location of your own choosing.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total will apply should you cancel 4 weeks from your booked event date. Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Further enquiries contact nadia@picnicbythesea.com.au
Platter Return
Failure to return platter within 7 days after the event date will incur a 100% fee of platter value. Should you need to arrange a different date then please contact Picnic By The Sea
Delivery
Delivery arrangements are made with Picnic By The Sea upon confirmation of order form and email.
Loss/Damage of goods
If there is misplacement or damage to platters, ceramics, bowls, vases or other decorations for picnics or grazing tables the person hosting (Booking) the event will pay for the replacement at full cost. See Platter pricing via platter return for costing.
